Emet

First we understand. Then we build.

Engineers next to the client, one core for everything. This is what working with us looks like, from the first meeting to a system your people use every day.

Four steps

1. We sit with your people

We watch how the work really gets done, where the time goes and what data already exists. We don’t ask for process descriptions: we sit next to the people doing the work, for a day or two.

2. A working prototype in days

On your real data, on a narrow slice of the work. Not a presentation: a system that runs. The law-firm pilot took three days and about fifteen hours of work.

3. We improve it together with you

Your people use it from day one, and we change it until it works the way they need. What doesn’t work shows immediately, on real cases.

4. We expand

The same core moves to the next process, team or client. Reading documents, computing deadlines and raising alerts stay the same; the documents change.

We build on what you have

Nothing moves. Nobody learns a new system. Your data stays where it is: in your SharePoint, CRM, Excel and email. Emet reads, infers, anticipates, computes and alerts, and your people make decisions instead of retyping.

Trust is built in, not promised

Every fact has a source. Document, page and verbatim quote. If the quote isn’t in the source, the system doesn’t show it as a fact.

The model reads, the database computes. Amounts, deadlines and idle days are calculated, never guessed.

A person decides. The system suggests the next step. It sends and files nothing on its own.

Your data stays yours. Processing in Azure’s EU data zone, sign-in with your company account, originals stay in your SharePoint.

The models are ready. Companies aren’t yet.

We know the leading vendors’ models: where they’re strong, where they fail and what they cost. We orchestrate them into one reliable system, so each does what it does best. That’s why results are more accurate and costs are lower: fact extraction costs less than a cent per document.
