We build AI systems on the documents and software you already have: scanned archives, SharePoint, Excel, email. Every fact carries its document, page and quote. Deadlines and amounts are computed by the database, not the model. A person decides.

Before a hearing, a lawyer has to re-read the whole case: hundreds of scanned pages of court orders, bailiff's conclusions and letters. At the firm where we ran the pilot, that took about ten hours per case.
In three days, about fifteen hours of work, we built a system that reads the scans, extracts the facts and remembers the document, page and verbatim quote for each one. Amounts, deadlines and idle days are computed by the database, not the model. If the quote is not in the source, the system does not show the fact.
It processed 485 documents without a single failed job. Of 109 citations, 108 were machine-verified in the source text; one was flagged for a human. Preparing for a hearing now takes about ten minutes.
The system also noticed that the bailiff's case number differs between two documents, 842/21 and 848/21, and raised it as a question for the lawyer. It doesn't correct it on its own.
